Corpach, Nr. Fort William November
The village of Corpach lies a short distance from Fort William, on the north shore of Loch Linnhe. It was established by 1600, growing with the construction of the Caledonian Canal in the early 1800s, and was used as a base by both US and British forces during World Wars I and II. Though relatively small, Corpach offers some of the area’s most beautiful views of Loch Linnhe, and of Ben Nevis beyond.
